Bio
I’m a freelance health and medical writer whose written words have appeared in news stories and content marketing materials tailored for health professionals and consumers.
While my specialty lies in oncology, I’ve written about many other topics, such as mental health and thyroid disease.
As both a content marketing writer and a journalist, I possess the skills to write in different voices and styles. My work encompasses writing news and feature stories, website content, and member e-newsletters, among other formats. Examples include writing for Doctor's Guide, MedPage Today, American Society of Radiation Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
In 2016, I received a master of public health degree from George Washington University. My undergraduate degree in journalism is from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I’m a member of the Association of Health Care Journalists and the American Society of Journalists and Authors.
